We do offer TeamViewer support in order to show you exactly how it is done to make sure you're comfortable with the system and not thrown into the deep end by yourself.
In terms of software updates, security updates, site & email backups. Don't worry, we manage all of that in the background without anyone being able to notice. For larger scale work, we will coordinate times and schedules with each individual client to make sure any updates don't affect your store during operating hours, even if that means some work needs to be done at 1am.
