In terms of product management, you have your own customized login in order to edit, update, add or change products, product info or pictures with the easy-to-use back-end system that we install on every online shop. We do offer TeamViewer support in order to show you exactly how it is done to make sure you're comfortable with the system and not thrown into the deep end by yourself.
In terms of software updates, security updates, site & email backups. Don't worry, we manage all of that in the background without anyone being able to notice. For larger scale work, we will coordinate times and schedules with each individual client to make sure any updates don't affect your store during operating hours, even if that means some work needs to be done at 1am.
Under normal circumstances, your online shop will be running within a week, ready for you to load your products and start selling.
Should there be a major backlog of work or major customization per a client's request, we will inform you accordingly. But as our 30 day money-back guarantee stands, you will certainly have your website and be ready to load your products within 30 days.
